About IDCC

Founded in 2017, the Institute for Digital Civic Culture aims to elevate and transform online culture by helping leaders adapt to doing their work in digital spaces. At its core, IDCC is a professional development organization and network that provides education, resources and support for individuals using social media to effect real-world impact and facilitate important online conversations that are essential for a healthy society.

Our flagship program is a six-week online experiential learning course housed at the University of Southern California's Center for Religion and Civic Culture. We also offer workshops and training (onsite and virtual) for communities and organizations across all sectors of civil society.

IDCC's theory of change is based on the idea that positive civic cultural impact occurs when determined, courageous leaders model their vision for healthy, productive community.
